Submarine Navigation Subsystem GUI Evaluation

Performed a heuristic evaluation of the user interface of the Trident D5 Backfit Navigation Subsystem. Involved inspection of display screens, embedded documentation, and interoperability considerations with the goal of identifying features that interfere with the operator's ability to effectively and efficiently complete required tasks. Provided a prioritized list of problems and detailed corrective actions.

Graphical Interpretation

Internal research and developed effort directed toward developing a taxonomy for determining the most effective graphic format (e.g., bar-chart, line graph, 3-D visualization) based on the graphical interpretation task of the user.
